Cake:

1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 box white or yellow cake mix
Large can crushed pineapple

Icing:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 bar cream cheese , softened
1 t. vanilla
Powdered sugar
Pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix egg, milk and oil together and then add cake mix and blend well.
Pour in 9 x 13 pan, oiled.
Place in 350 degree oven and check for doneness at 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cake cool and punch holes in cake. Pour about 3/4 can of the crushed pineapple over cake.

Icing:

Mix cream cheese and 1/2 stick butter well and then add vanilla. Start adding powdered sugar and pineapple juice until you reach the consistency to pour over cake. Add milk if you need it for the desired consistency.
