Two large apples
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup flour
Dash of salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Lemon juice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples and sauté in butter in large casserole with lid. When soft, remove from heat. Combine milk, flour, salt, sugar and eggs. Pour over apples. Cook six or seven minutes on top of stove.

Mix remaining 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over partially-cooked pancake. Place in a preheated 500° oven for eight minutes. You may sprinkle with lemon juice, if desired.
