Large flour 10-12 inch tortillas
1/2 C Fresh grated Mexican cheese
Green chile or jalapeno strips
1 T Butter
GARNISH
Salsa
Guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay tortilla on a cookie sheet and spread with butter all the way to the edges. Bake for about 6 minutes. Remove and add cheddar cheese and green chile strips. Return to oven and cook for 2 more minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and EAT! Slice like a pizza. Use salsa or guacamole for dipping

Can also be done on top of stove on a large "Pancake" griddle.

SUGAR CINNAMON CRISP
Lightly butter tortilla and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake according to directions above and cut into wedges.

These make a great snack and quick. Macayo’s Mexican restaurant in Arizona serves these on a large pizza pan.
