2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 can (16 oz) fruit cocktail undrained
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together except coconut. Grease large cake pan and put coconut on bottom. Add batter and bake at 350 got 50 minutes.

Frosting


1 cup carnation mild
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine

Boil and stir about 12 minutes or until thick. Take off stove and add 1/2 cup coconut, 1/2 cup walnuts and 1 tsp vanilla.
