5 Carrots, peeled, gratted
1-3.5 ozs can Pineapple, crushed, drained
1-5.6 ozs can Pineapple, chunks, drained
1 cup Raisins



DRESSING:
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients for the salad together and mix until it's well blended and well mixed and make sure that the raisens are distributed throughout the salad evenly.
Combine all ingredients for the dressing and mix until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and be sure coverage is completely covering the salad.
Serve and ENJOY!

You know the drill. The opitions are the same except as for most salads you can't FREEZE THIS! The other choices remain the same: you can take the salad to an event like Wine and Whine or something else. Another idea is you can take it to a picnic where there are many people and share the salad with others at the picnic or go around the park offering to share your salad, you might get lucky and give away enough of your salad to be rid of it!
