Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for spice)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Season the Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning blend evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine with the butter and the pan drippings. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken slightly.
Add Parmesan (Optional):
If desired, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce for extra flavor and creaminess. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and incorporated.
Return the Chicken to the Pan:
Lower the heat and return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top of the chicken. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish the chicken with freshly chopped parsley before serving. This dish pairs well with pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
