8 Grands biscuits
8 Frozen hash brown patties
1 lb Breakfast sausage, cooked
¼ jar Green chiles
8 slice Bacon, crumbled
8 Eggs
¼ c Whole milk
½ c Cottage cheese
Salt / Pepper
1 pkg Mexican cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using 9 x 12 baking pan, flatten biscuits on bottom
2. Add hash browns to cover biscuits
3. Sprinkle breakfast sausage to cover hash browns
4. Sprinkle green chiles
5. Sprinkle crispy bacon to cover
6. Mix together: eggs, milk, cottage cheese, S/P to taste
7. Cover dish with egg mixture
8. Sprinkle Mexican cheese to cover
9. Bake @ 375º x 30 minutes then serve
