1 can unsweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ª
Pour cond. milk into glass baking dish or pie plate.
Cover with foil.
Place into a 9x13 pan, add hot water around to about 1" up the side of bowl.
Bake 1 1/2-2 hours.
Whisk to smooth.
