!) Cut up chuck roast and air fry at 400*. You can grill, pan sear, slow cook in over or instant pot.
2) Top round steak: cook in instant pot or slow cooked. Can always add butter.
3) Short Ribs, Flanken ribs, English short ribs: Lay on parchment lined baking tray and bake at 375* 45-50 minutes depending on thickness.
For the big thick English cut ribs bake at 290* for 3 1/2 hours for better taste.
4) Chicken Wings - Bake on parchment lined tray at 375* for 45 minutes. Can broil 5 minutes for extra crisp skin.
5) Beef Fat Trimmings (Omega 3's) Can enjoy raw or Air Fried. Preheat AF to 400* and fry diced pieces about 15 minutes til extra crispy, OR Cook down in pan with 1/2 inch water for 2 hours. Strain the cooked fat then store in glass jar for upp to 3 months.
