CRUST

2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon white sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold butter
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

2 Stir together dry ingredients

3. With a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter to make coarse crumbs.

4. Add milk & stir only until blended.

5. Knead the dough no more than 8-20 strokes.

6. Roll the dough to about 1/4” thick.

7. Cut into circles. These can be any size you wish; to make about 18 mini-pizzas, cut into 3” circles.

8. Place crusts onto greased baking pans. Cover with toppings & cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
