4 tbsp. butter
4 large eggs
4 slices of sandwich bread (your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Biscuit cutter or glass cup (to make circle in bread)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat skillet with butter.
2. Use biscuit cutter or cup to cut out a round hole in the center of each slice of bread.
3. Place the slices of bread in the skillet, crack an egg into each hole, season with salt and pepper. Cook until they start to set, about 2 minutes. Flip the bread to the other side and season with salt and pepper.
4. Using additional butter, brown the cut-out portions of the bread in the skillet.
