2 cans (10 ½ oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
½ tsp pepper
8 cups thinly sliced potatoes (approx 10 - 12 medium potatoes)
1 small onion, diced
2 - 3 cups diced ham
1 Tbsp butter
Dash paprika

Directions:

Lightly butter a casserole dish or 9x13 baking dish.

Blend the soup, milk and pepper in a bowl. Spread a small amount of the soup mixture on the bottom of the casserole or baking dish.

Alternate and layer ingredients in the following order:
⅓ sliced potatoes, ⅓ diced onions, ⅓ diced ham, ⅓ soup mixture

Repeat two times until all ingredients are layered in the casserole or baking dish.

Dot the top with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and bake in a 375ºF oven for 1 hour.

Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
