1/3 cup + 1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp flour
3 cups milk
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp nutmeg
2 unbaked pie shell
cinnamon and nutmeg to sprinkle on top of pie
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer with paddle attachment. Mix until smooth.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pir liberally with nutmeg and cinnamon

insert toothpick into center of pie. should come out clean when done
