2 fresh red tomatoes (peeled and puréed)
1/2 stick butter
1 small can tomato juice
1 tsp. Gravy Master
1 cube beef bouillon OR 1 Tbsp. Better than Bullion
Salt and pepper to taste
Slurry (2 Tbsp. corn starch and 1/4 cup water)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except slurry to a heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Strain the mixture through a wire sieve. Retain as much pulp as possible,
discard the seeds and excess pulp. Return to saucepan; bring to a simmer. Add
enough slurry, stirring constantly until desired consistency (which should be very thick
like catsup).

Variation: Add 1/8 tsp. each garlic and onion powders, and 1 Tbsp. of apple cider vinegar for a more catsup-like taste.
