7 Cups Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced (DO NOT PEEL) (About 2 1/2 Cucumbers)
1 TBSP. Salt
**Mix Cucumbers & Salt in large bowl Sprinkle Salt between each layer of
Cucumbers, Soak 1 Hour. (THEN DRAIN WELL)

1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Mustard Seeds

Directions:
Combine Apple Cider Vinegar, Celery Salt & Mustard Seeds in saucepan; bring to a boil & cook until Sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Let cool. Pour cooled mixture over sliced cucumbers & pack into freezer containers. Freeze. Ready to eat in 1 week. Delicious & Crisp.
