Ingredients:  
7 cups waterCombine water and sugar in pan and bring
5 cups sugar to a boil. Stirring often. As soon as it boils,
1 oz Peppermint Extract take off the heat and let cool. (Put outside to 1 fifth Everclear cool if it is in the wintertime)

When completely cool, add peppermint and Everclear. Pour into clean bottles
