1 T olive oil
4 cloves (2 tsp) garlic, minced
2 T All Purpose flour
¼ t Italian seasoning
¼ t salt
¼ t pepper
1 ½ c half and half
1 T grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, place the olive oil and the minced garlic.
2) Cook for 1-2 minutes, whisking constantly so the garlic doesn’t brown.
3) Add the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and stir.
4) Sprinkle in the flour and whisk quickly until it is a thick paste.
5) Let cook and bubble for another 1-2 minutes.
6) Stir in the half and half 1/2 cup at a time, whisking constantly.
7) Add the Parmesan cheese and stir, then turn the heat to low and let simmer 5-10 minutes to thicken.
8) Serve warm or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days until ready to use.
