After your first batch, you'll want to double!

1 8 oz bag puff corn
1/2 lb butter
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a large roaster pan (pick up at dollar tree) put 1 (8oz) bag of puff corn

Carmel sauce:
In a 2q sauce pan, cook together for 2 mins:
1/2 lb butter (not margarine)
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup

After all is melted and combined, add 1 teaspoon baking soda. Mixture will foam.
Pour over puff corn, stir to mix

Place in oven at 250F for 45 mins. Stir every 10-15mins. Remove from oven. Pour on parchment/wax paper and break apart to cool.
