Ingredients:  
2 pounds Bok Choy Lettuce (or Romain)
* Wash, roll into wraps and slice thinly

1/4 cup butter
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 jar sesame seeds
1 pkg. ramen noodles (buy with packets of soup and save flavor packet for another use)
2 Tbsp sugar
1 small pkg sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter then add the green onions, sesame seeds, ramen noodles, sugar and sliced almonds. Cook until lightly brown.

In a large bowl, add the Bok Choy (or Romain) lettuce. Add the the remaining ingredients. Toss with the dressing (start with 1/2 of the dressing and add more to your preference.

Dressing: In a separate container, combine the following: until well mixed:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
