1 cup Fireball Whiskey
1/2 cup cold water
2 Tbsp gelatin powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
additional cinnamon for coating to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In small sauce pan over low heat, combine the fireball whiskey and cold water. Stir to mix well, being careful not to let the mixture get too hot ( which could break down the alcohol)

Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder over the liquid mixture, stirring continuously to prevent clumping. Continue stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved and mixture is smooth.

Add 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon to the mixture. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolves. The mixture should be clear with a gorgeous amber-reddish hue.

Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for about 2-3 minutes. You want it liquid enough to pour easily but not so hot that it damages your molds
