1lb Shrimp or Scallops
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 cup panko crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Cut up 4 T butter and evenly place in 8x8 baking dish. Place single layer of butterflied shrimp OR scallops over butter. Mix the rest of ingredients together and evenly spread over your choice of seafood. Bake shrimp at 425º for 13 minutes OR small scallops for 10 minutes.

Serve alone or over rice.
