Blueberries or strawberries
Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stick a berry with a toothpick and dip/swirl in the yogurt.

2. Use a second toothpick to push it off onto a parchment covered cookie sheet.

3. Place them in the freezer for an. hour and then remove and put into plastic baggies.

If you are using strawberries make sure you remove the leaf and then cut them in half.
