Directions:
Chop one medium cabbage fine.
Put 2 tsp. salt on cabbage and let stand 1 hour.
Squeeze out all moisture.
Shred 2 carrots, 1 green sweet pepper.
Mix with cabbage.
Mix 1 cup vinegar, ¼ cup water, 1½ cups sugar, 1 tsp. mustard seed, 1 tsp. celery seed.
Boil together one minute.
Cool to lukewarm and pour over cabbage mixture.
Put in containers and freeze.
Thaw at room temperature before serving.
