1 cup butter or margarine
⅓ cup sugar
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar; add water & vanilla; mix well. Add flour & pecans, chill 3 to 4 hours. Shape into balls in fingers. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in low oven at 325º about 20 minutes. Cool slightly; roll in confectioner's sugar.
