6-8 bone-in pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
bouillon cube
1 ½ c. water
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
½ can water
½ to 1 package of onion soup mix, depending on preference
flour
Pam or other spray oil

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pork chops in flour. Brown pork chops in pan with a little oil. Place rice in 9x13 inch dish that has been sprayed. Dissolve the bouillon cube in ½ cup water. Pour over rice. Place pork chops on top. Mix mushroom soup with water. Pour over pork chops. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil. Bake at 325º for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
