1 lb. Brown
2 T. Milk
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 Egg beaten
Salt & Pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice or cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mixed together the above ingredients. The amount of nutmeg and allspice or cloves can be adjusted to personal preference. Add cracker meal or cornflakes until excess moisture is gone. Let mixture stand for five minutes. Make small meatballs, roll in flour and brown. Add.1 Cup beef, bouillon to meatballs. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
