6 breakfast steaks
3 c. Your favorite bread stuffing
1 c. Beef bouillon
Dijon mustard
3 Slices bacon
1 Mushroom soup
1/4 c. Finally, chopped celery
1/4 c. Finally, chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp; crumble. Spread each breakfast steak with Dijon mustard, place approximate 1/4.c. to 1/2 c. Stuffing on each steak. Starting at narrow end, roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Brown in bacon drippings; pour off fat. Combine soup, bouillon, celery and onion. Pour over meat, cook over low heat 1 hour and 15 minutes.. Stair occasionally. Garnished with bacon.
