Activate starter if it has been in refrigerator


110 grams of sourdough starter
12 grams of salt
350 grams of water
20 grams of olive oil
500 grams of flour (I use organic bread flour)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together in large bowl then stretch 4 time

Cover bowl and leave out overnight to raise.
In the morning dump dough in a bread pan (lightly shape) if you like and let it raise a little if you like.
You can brush top with a little olive oil if you desire.

Preheat oven 425 degrees

Bake for 42 minutes
