5 medium potatoes
3/4 stick margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and slice into large French fry slices. Melt margarine in 9 x 13“ pan.Mix flour and cheese together. Dip, potato slices and flour and cheese mixture and lay in a pan in melted margarine. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350° For 1 hour, turning slices after 30 minutes.
