Ingredients:
1 ¼ Cups milk at room temperature
¼ Cup fresh squeezed orange juice at room temperature
1 ½ Tablespoons butter, melt in microwave or room temperature
Zest of one orange
¼ Cup sugar
1 ¼ Teaspoons salt
4 Cups of bread flour
1 ¾ Teaspoons bread machine yeast

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in bucket as recommended by manufacture.
* I have the Cuisinart CBK-110 and all ingredients are placed in order as listed.

2. Use a spoon to lightly spread flour so it covers all wet ingredients before adding the yeast.

3. Program: White bread

4. Size: Large 2-pound loaf

5. Select Crust: Light or medium

6. When the cycle is complete, remove the bread bucket from the machine and transfer the bread out of the bucket to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Note: I find it easier to slice bread with electric knife and store in an airtight container.
