˝4 salmon fi˝llets (6 oz. each)
2 cups milk. Soak salmon for 15 minutes. Pat dry.
1 cup finely chopped pecans
˝ cup flour
˝ cup brown sugar
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge salmon in mixture. Brown in skillet over medium-high heat. (This is for thin sockeye salmon.) For thicker pieces, transfer to non-stick sprayed pan. Bake
@ 400 degrees for another 8-10 minutes until done.
