Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless pork loin chops, pounded thin

⅓ cup all-purpose flour

¾ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup olive oil

3 tablespoons butter

2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 cup Marsala wine, or more as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Pound boneless pork chops between plastic wrap until evenly thin.

Combine next 5 ingredients and toss pork chops in flour mixture until evenly coated.

Heat olive oil and butter in pan over medium heat. Add pork chops turning until brown on both sides. Remove to dish.

Add sliced mushroom and stir until slightly softened. Add minced garlic.

Add marsala wine scraping up bits in fry pan. Add pork back into pan, cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until pork is tender and sauce has thickened. If sauce gets too thick, add more marsala.

I usually add a little parsley at this point but optional

Serve over mashed potatoes, or any pasta or maybe rice. Nice with crusty bread and salad or vegetables.

Personal Notes:
My favorite spice combo for this type of dish or any Italian dish or soup is McCormick's "Just a Pinch". It can be used instead of maybe the oregano and garlic salt in this recipe. It just has a great blend of spices for this dish.
