12 Eggs
1 cup milk
2 cup grated cheese
2 cup plain croutons
1 lb breakfast sausage
2 teaspoons mustard
⅓ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 325º. Cover bottom of 9x13 casserole dish with melted butter. Spread croutons on bottom of dish. Set aside. Brown sausage...drain grease...set aside. Mix eggs, milk and mustard....beat well. Spread sausage and cheese over the croutons in the dish. Pour egg mixture of the sausage and cheese. Bake 45 minutes.
