1 pkg yeast
2 cups luke warm milk
4 eggs - separated
1 teaspoon vanilla
2½ cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoom sugar
½ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to warm milk.
Sprinkle yeast over warm milk - stir gently.
In another bowl -- beat egg whites stiff.
In another bowl -- beat yolks, add to yeast mixture, add vanilla, add flour, salt and melted butter
Fold egg whites into mixture gently.
Let sit at least 20 minutes.
