1 1/2c Flour
3/4c Sugar
1t Baking Powder
1t Baking Soda
1/4t Salt
1t Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 1/2c Pumpkin Puree
1/4c Melted Butter
1t Vanilla Extract
1 Egg

Filling
4oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/2t Vanilla Extract
1t Flour
2T Sugar
1t Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, salt, and pumpkin spice
3. In a separate bowl combine pumpkin, melted butter, vanilla, and egg
4. Mix wet and dry together until just combined
5. Fill muffin liners about 3/4 full
6. Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl
7. Add a dollop of cream cheese mixture to muffins
8. Bake 18-20 minutes
