1 1/2c Warm Water
1T Instant Yeast
2T Sugar
1t Salt
3-4c Flour
3T Melted Butter
Dried Herbs, Garlic Salt, and/or Grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixer with a dough hook mix water, yeast, sugar, salt, and one cup of water
2. Continue adding flour until dough just clears sides of bowl. Knead about 3 minutes.
3. Rest 10 minutes
4. Spread melted butter on rimmed baking sheet
5. Pat dough into large rectangle. Cut into 1 inch strips. Twist each strip slightly & place on sheet. Sprinkle with choice of topping.
6. Let rise 20 minutes
6. Bake for 15 minutes at 400º
