¾ cup Milk
2 tbsp. White Vinegar
1 cup all-purpose Flour
2 tbsp. White Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 Egg
2 tbsp. melted Butter
Extra butter or cooking spray for skillet

First Step: Combine milk & vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to sour the milk. Do this step first so the milk has time sour while you are prepping the other ingredients. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the microwave, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Whisk egg and melted butter into the soured mild. Pour flour mixture into milk mixture and whisk until lumps are gone.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and add butter or cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip with a spatula, and cook other side. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter or cooking spray to skillet, if needed.
Stack them up onto a plate, and serve with a pat of butter your favorite maple syrup.

These fluffy pancakes are a Sunday morning staple in our home. They are easy to make, and truly the fluffiest pancakes we have ever tasted. Make them extra special with berries and whipped cream.
