Step 1:
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons active yeast
- 1 1/2 warm milk 110-112°

Step 2:
5 1/2 tbs softened butter
1 room temperature egg

Kneading:
- Three 1/2 cups bread flour

Grease/butter

Preheat oven to 375º.

In a mixing bowl, blend ingredients well before moving to step 2. Using a mixer, you can use the knead tool to mix.

Once blended well, add ingredients from step 2.

Move to kneading step, add flour in 1/2 cup increments. Anytime the dough sticks to the side of the bowl, add flour. Continue this step until dough is bouncy.

Coat a 2nd bowl with grease or butter. Add dough, cover, and let rise for 60 minutes.

Form dough into 6 large balls and place in greased baking dish. Cover & let rise for 30 minutes.

Bake on 375º for 12 minutes uncovered and 5 minutes covered. Top with butter

You can extend the batch by making 12 smaller balls for 12 rolls.

You can brush with garlic parmesan butter or any flavored butter once finished.
