Pizza Crust

1.5 cups almond flour
1 cup arrowroot powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup SCD yogurt


2-3 tbsp Marinara sauce
Pizza toppings of choice (cheese/veggies/meat)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Place your pizza stone or metal pan in the oven while it is preheating.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients, mix well and then add to dry ingredients. Mix till dough forms.

Sprinkle generous amount of arrowroot powder onto parchment and roll out dough to form desired pizza crust. Make sure to dust generously with arrowroot, as dough can be sticky.

Once dough is rolled out at 2-3 tbsp of favorite sauce and spread evenly, leaving small border around crust with no sauce. Cover with desired toppings.

Bake pizza 12-15 minutes in the oven. Crust should be golden brown around the edges. Once removed from the oven, let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
