- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 tbsp dry active yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil vegetable oil
- Oil for bowl

Directions:

Mix the warm water, sugar, and the yeast in a bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Then add the flour, and salt, mix mix until it for 1 minute, then add the vegetable oil and mix for another 5 to 7 minutes.

As a dough is done mixing just add a little bit of oil around the bowl and the dough cover it up for 1 hour.

Once the dough has doubled in size remove it from the bowl spread it out into a large rectangle and start rolling up flatten the door again into a large rectangle and roll it right back up.

Pre heat oven to 425º.
Use a 9 x 5 bread pan and put it directly in the middle covered up with some plastic wrap and let it rise for about 45 minutes to an hour. You wanted to double in size.

When the dough is ready, put it into the oven, put a couple of ice cubes in the oven
and close it immediately. Leave it in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down. After that, it’s ready to be sliced.
