- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 tbsp dry active yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp neutral oil like vegetable, avocado, canola oil
- Oil for bowl

Directions:

Mix the warm water, sugar, and the yeast in a bowl and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

Then add the flour, and salt, mix mix until it becomes a double then add the vegetable oil and mix for another 5 to 7 minutes.

As a dough is done mixing just add a little bit of oil around the bowl and the dough cover it up for 1 hour.

Preheat oven 400º.
Once the dough has doubled in size remove it from the bowl and cut them into 12 pieces. Put a little bit of oil in a 9 x 13 tray. Roll the dough into small balls and placing them into a baking tray not too far apart from each other about an inch from each dough balls. Cover & let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Place it in the oven and watch carefully for about 18-25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Enjoy!
