1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1/3 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 cans mandarin oranges, drain and save 1 cup of juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, oil, oranges, eggs and juice until blended, 2 or 3 minutes. Bake in 2 or 3 pans (round) sprayed with Pam at 350 degrees. Bake in 2 pans 35 minutes, 3 pans 25 minutes.

Topping:
1 tall can of crushed pineapple, drained
1 large bowl Cool Whip
1 small box of vanilla instant pudding
Mix all together and spread on cake.
