6 small white onions, peeled
salt
6 potatoes scrubbed and halved
1 medium head cabbage, cored and quartered
salt and pepper
1 can (12) ounces corned beef, cut in chunks
chopped parsley
prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in small amount of boiling salted water 15 minutes.
Add potatoes and cook 15 minutes. Add cabbage and cook until
vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add beef,
cover and heat. Cook until meat is tender. Sprinkle with parsley
and serve with mustard.
