1-1/4 pound swordfish steaks
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Lemon wedges
Melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle swordfish with black pepper. Heat butter in a baking dish large enough to hold swordfish. Brush steak on both sides with mustard and sprinkle with mustard seeds. Place 4 - 5 inches from broiler and broil 3 - 4 minutes. Turn fish and broil on other side 4 - 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Serve with lemon wedges and melted butter.
