1 1/2lb. Ground beef or Ground Chuck
3/4 c. Quaker Oats(quick)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 or 1 whole chopped onion
1/2 c. ketchup (Heinz)
1 egg beaten
3 tbsp of whole milk
1/2 or 1 pkg. of Townhouse crackers crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and pack into loaf pan or larger draining pan or cookie sheet (for any grease to drain away).
Spread Ketchup all over the top of the loaf and down the sides and put into a preheated oven of 350 degrees for around 1 hour or until it gets brown and crispy. Do not under cook!

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
