1/2 lb bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
1 c. (4 oz) shredded cheese (cheddar)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dill

Directions:

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove and blot on paper towel. Sauté onion and green pepper slightly in hot skillet. In a lg. bowl beat eggs. Add onion, pepper, milk, salt, pepper, and dill. Mix well. Chop bacon into small pieces and add to mixture. fold in hashbrowns and cheese. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350ºF for 35 min. or until a knife comes out clean from the center when tested.
