6-8 Chicken Breasts
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan saute' your mushrooms; set to the side. In a large saucepan lightly brown your chicken breast in butter, add salt and pepper. Place in 13x9x2 in. baking pan and cover with 2 c. whipping cream, 1c. parmesan cheese and mushrooms. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degrees oven for 45-55 minutes. The last 10 min. of baking uncover so the cheese and cream get toasty!!
