1 box vanilla cake mix
1 pint coffee ice cream melted
3 eggs
Frosting:
1 package 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
3 T. butter softened
2 T. Tia Maria or Kahlua
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Coat a bundt pan with cooking spray and dust with flour. With a mixer beat cake mix, melted ice cream and eggs in a bowl on low for 1 min. Beat 2 min. on medium. Scrape into pan. Bake 35-40 min. Cool completely.
Frosting:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, butter and liquor on medium speed until light and creamy, about 2 min. On low, gradually beat in confectioners sugar 1-2 min. Keep in fridge while cake cools. Spread frosting on cake and dust with cocoa.
