1 cup butter, softened
¾ c. cornstarch
1/3 c. confectioners’ sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 drops food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, slowly add cornstarch and 1/3 c. confectioners’ sugar; beat until fluffy. Stir in flour with wooden spoon (very soft dough). Cover and chill 1 hour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough into 24, 1 inch balls. Place 1 and ½ inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press slight indentation on top of each cookie. Bake 10-12 min. until firm; not brown. Cool and top with icing.

Icing: Blend cream cheese and 1 c. confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla and a few drops of food coloring. Mix well.
