4-6 chicken breasts or 8-10 tenders
2 tbsp minced onions
8 oz cream cheese
½ jar (8 oz) salsa
2 cups shredded cheddar or taco flavored cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Place chicken in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with minced onions. Mix cream cheese and salsa together and pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (20-30 minutes for chicken tenders).

Optional method:
Chop and then bake chicken as directed above but do not top with cheese. Fill tortillas with salsa chicken mixture and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Top filled tortillas with cheddar cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
